GET LINKED: FOR PROFESSIONALS 

INTRODUCTION

The power and value of networking through professional associations is yet to reach its full potential.  GetLinked for professionals is an attempt to promote professional associations in Cambodia.  Most importantly it is aimed at providing young professionals, especially those who are not in central city hubs, with access to the networks and contacts which can help them in pursuing a range of opportunities and their dreams.

Over the last few years, HRINC has founded and assisted several initiatives to bring professionals together.  We also sit on the board of business associations and prominent industry initiatives. We know how hard it is to bring people together, promote your association and be sustainable.

Our work as recruitment professionals is to help people think about their careers, their future and their options.  In today’s dynamic business environment, the importance of professional networking and the need for more professional associations to be established is clear.  Young university graduates lack the knowledge, contacts and networks to discuss their ideas and options and learn from others who have already progressed in their careers.  Established professionals need mentors and networks to challenge their ideas and thinking. 

It is becoming increasingly important to expand our personal and professional networks, and to keep abreast trends, new laws and regulations in our respective industries and professions.
