Description:
  • Technical user support on Windows OS, Mac, PCs, and Laptops
  • Diagnose and resolve software, and hardware issues
  • Experienced with Server Management (user/groups/share/DFS/Quotas etc.)
  • Experienced with resolving LAN network issues, firewall, and VPN
  • Provide IT technical support to all users within the company
  • Printing/Troubleshooting in enterprise environments
  • Manage centralized AV server and rectify virus outbreaks in enterprise network
  • PC and data backup and restoration
  • Manage, evaluate, track, and reconcile office IT equipment

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent experience
  • Overall Experience :1-2 years
  • At least 1 year experience in PC and LAN troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, Ethernet, Internet protocols and tools including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Khmer and English. Must have the ability to speak to multiple people at varying levels with varying technical backgrounds
  • Ability to develop, augment and report, documentation.
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office 2003-2010, Outlook, Anti-virus software, registered domain, PC backup and restore
  • Have a concept and basic understanding of firewall and VPN
  • Have a basic skill on Cisco routers and switches
  • Khmer : Good in both verbal and writing
  • English : Good in both verbal and writing
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment. Self-motivated, excellent communication and customer handling skill.
  • Minimum traveling within and outside of campus
