We are currently looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position of Customer Service Officer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Receive customer’s payment  (Cashier task)
  • Receive customer’s phone call (Receptionist task)
  • Follow up customer’s payment
  • Handle customer’s complaint about payment and invoice issue face to face or on the phone
  • Email’s corresponding with customer about payment and invoices
  • Update customer complaint report
  • Update customer data base report
  • Update customer’s feedback report
  • Handle customer’s complaint and make sure that customer satisfaction after we solve customer’s problem.
  • Update customer complaint report
  • Handle to sale Bassac SunCity  for walk-in customer
  • Other tasks relate with customer service department

 

 

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:

 

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or related fields.
  • Ability to read and write English. If speak Chinese/Vietnamese is preferable
  • One year experience in the bar or restaurant industry as a host/ hostess
  • Friendly Outgoing Attitude
  • Likes to interact with people
  • Strong Team Work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-manageable

 

 

Location: This position is based in Phnom Penh

Duration: Full-time work
