Overview of the Role:

You are the role model and main support for capability building for the target audiences in your market

1. You support the Induction and Development of Trainers

2. You provide feedback to Trainers within your market to ensure continuous development

3. You assist with capability-building and motivate positive behaviors of co-Trainers within your market

4. You align your deliverables to ensure you and co-Trainers focus on performance, seeking improvement; making sure it drives the desired business objectives

5. You actively participate in the Trainers community, and look for ways to have close communication of the Trainers across the globe

Main Responsibilities:

I. Create Positive Impacts on The Business:

• Delivering on agreed action items stemming from GTM Planning and inputs for new product launches and product life-cycle readiness

• Assist with the localization of design and content, working closely with local product teams to align on the right messages;

• Have focus on constantly improving Key Performance Metrics with regard to Recommendation and Demonstration

• Enable learning, you provide training to all Sales Capability audiences as needed

• Plan and conduct Back-Checks and Competency Assessments

• Perform reporting and tracking

II. Co-create with Sales Capability Regional Team on projects:

• Sales Readiness materials

• Capability building for sell-in and sell-out audiences

• Training strategies for new launches with account teams

• Trainer capability programs

• Engagement programs

III. Best Sales Capability initiatives (Trainings) relevant to the market:

• Regional teams

• Area teams

• Other stakeholders

IV. Representative of the company (HMD/TNS)

• You embody HMD/TNS, as well Retail & Sales Capability values and mindset in everything you do

• You comply with HMD/TNS guidelines and HMD/TNS values and act as a brand Ambassador in everything you do

Job Requirements

• Minimum of two years of training experience

• Has a passion for people development and capability-building

• He/she is energetic, creative, collaborative, and analytical and has a broad experience in blended training methods

• Has a passion for sales

• Having worked in the telecommunications sector is an advantage

• Having worked in a retail shop as a sales representative is an advantage

• Proven experience in sales training is an asset

• Has excellent communication skills

• Can easily make connections

• Uses a wide array of communication platforms

• Loves technology and can demonstrate his/her love for technology

• Project Management skills; can organize and create structure for programs and projects
