Main Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Car Booking
  • Vehicle maintenance
  • Driver OT and Leave record
  • Consolidate provincial trip allowance and medical claim for all driver
  • Manage to request from HR Inc for driver replacement whenever Bank drivers are on annual leave or sick leave
  • Communicate to all boss’s driver whenever we need driver to have meeting and provide some more training or refreshment
  • Manage on drivers performance and behavior
  • Seek and compare quotation from supplier whenever we have to maintenance or repair Bank cars
  • Fleet monthly performance (mileage, fuel consumption, repaired and maintenance)
  • Review drivers driving license expiry date and alert to renew
  • Manage and settle customer complaints with agreed time frame


  • Working knowledge of administrative functions in an operational environment e.g. budgets, personnel administration
  • Demonstrated commitment to superior Customer Service & Service Quality delivery
  • Computer literacy in particular, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Timeliness, accuracy with the ability to prioritize work
  • Practical knowledge of operating risk and compliance policies and procedures
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Negotiation and internal relationship building
  • Sound communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-starter and highly motivated who demonstrates initiative and has a strong desire to improve business results and who can make things happen.
