Description: JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Uses employee training and audits to prevent merchandise loss; investigates known losses and coordinates with police on theft prosecution
  • Cash handling theft, inventory control, facilities and equipment damage, security access violations, fraud, and a variety of audits of employee activities
  • Effectively implementing and managing loss prevention processes and programs is an essential part of preventing the growing problem of employee and internal theft in some of the largest retail operations
  • To minimize the financial losses of a retail operation related to theft, vandalism, accident, and injury
  • Performs analysis and reviews store accounting, inventory, and transaction data to detect issues and ensure that policies and programs to reduce loss are implemented
  • Evaluates processes and procedures to identify internal control weaknesses that could result in loss
  • Recommends procedures and programs to remediate internal control weaknesses and mitigate losses
  • Coordinates with law enforcement to conduct investigations of theft or fraud
  • Investigates employee policy violations
  • Provide all related reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master Degree or at least Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field
  • At least 4 years’ experience in Retail Loss Prevention Auditor/ Fraud Prevention/ Loss Control or from the category of Accounting, Retail/Wholesale, Sales
  • Ability to develop ways to detect safety issues and security violations and to put programs in place to prevent repeat occurrences
  • Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with store and law enforcement personnel
  • Willing to contribute to moderately complex aspects of a project
  • Ability to work with discretion and professionalism, and maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature
  • Attention to detail, acute observation, and analytical skills are essential
  • To demonstrate success in a position of authority
  • Conducting legal or ethical investigations is desirable and sometimes required.
  • Computer and word processing proficiency is also required
  • Very good command of English language

  • Cambodian nationals preferred
