Job Description

Card Officer is responsible for collect form from CSA\RM, verify validelidate information for card/iBanking apply, scan and input card apply in share drive to customer service as well as follow up if there any error or pending file.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect form from CSA/RM.
  • Verify validelidate information for card/iBanking apply.
  • Scan and input card apply in share drive to Customer Service.
  • Follow up if there any error or pending file.
  • Accept physical card, pin code, iBanking.
  • Card/iBanking form completion, verification, and facility delivery.
  • Card/iBanking stock control.
  • Delivery card to customer:
    - Customer present
    - Verify customer (NID, Passport, Signature, Identifier, Picture).
  • Send acceptance from to Customer Service for activation and forwards form to BOO.


Skills and Specifications

  • Bachelor degree of Banking and Finance.
  • Bachelor degree of Business and Communication.
  • Strong Communication.
  • Handle customer complaint.
  • Work under pressure.
