Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Responsible for marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.
  • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Educate team to comply with the procedures and policy of the company to maintain good cooperation to other team within the organization.
  • Maintains sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Job Requirements:

  • Very good Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
  • Bachelor in Sales and Marketing or related field
  • At least 10 years’ experience with marketing and Sales or other related field and 5 years experiences in management level.

Skills:

  • Problem Solving Skill
  • Having good Ms. Office package skill
  • Having good presentation skill
  • Analytic Skill

Other requirement:

  • Patient, honest, and friendly
  • Flexible and able to deal with difficult client and people
  • Sense of cooperate with other teams
  • Proficient in English both speaking and writing
  • Able to work at the province
  • Able to drive and have driving license would be more preferable
