Intern (C&B Function) will have a chance to learn and practice on the job-training about HR and/or specifically in learning and development of BROWN. He/she will support the Compensation and Benefits  team and partially HR team in the relevant tasks

  • Attach with the process of Compensation & Benefits under Human Resource Department
  • Learn how to manage and organize the employee database from the data entry until recording into the HR system
  • Support the administrative task of C&B functions assigned by the mentor
  • Other tasks assigned by line manager

  • Fresh graduated student or currently pursuing associate/bachelor degree in HR Management or other equivalent fields
