Description: Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organise and implement marketing strategies to boost project sales and brand awareness
  • Employ knowledge of company goals in carrying out marketing operations
  • Oversee the activities of the Marketing team to ensure assigned tasks and set goals are achieved
  • Track active marketing campaigns and developing ways to improve on those campaigns (report on results and modify when necessary).
  • Contribute ideas and implement campaigns for advertising and promotions
  • Content creation for digital and marketing collateral
  • Prepare monthly reports to management on the results and activities of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
  • Property award submissions for company projects
  • Plan, organise and implement B2C / B2B property shows (local and international).
  • Write statements and press releases for the promotion of project(s) on media channels
  • Draft speeches and briefing documents for company’s key spokesperson(s)
  • Main liaison for one-on-one interviews with company key spokesperson(s) and journalists
  • Plan, organise and implement press-related events
  • Collaborate with brand ambassadors and influencers to create innovative ways to gain exposure for company’s projects.
  • Plan, organise and implement market survey to obtain data that provides insight to market trends and consumer requirements
  • Interpret data obtained from market research/survey to produce results useful in taking effective business decisions (identify a target market or determine the demand for the project)
  • Conduct demographic surveys to identify potential customers and / or to determine possible reception of a new project by a target market
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Economics and other business related disciplines are mostly preferred.
  • Up to 3 years of working experience in a marketing environment. Some experience in real estate and / or hospitality industries will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, numeracy and computer literacy – MS Office packages (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • High level of literacy, with excellent copywriting and proofreading skills and eye for detail
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to work flexibly under pressure, to prioritise and to meet deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and diplomatic negotiating skills
  • A professional appearance, confidence and the interpersonal skills necessary to deal with a range of people (inter-departments, key stakeholders, media etc.)
  • Should be a good analyser with an ability to resolve issues at the earliest
  • Proven ability and desire to work as part of a team
  • Good leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire the team members
  • Energetic and creative with a high level of enthusiasm.
