Description: Job Description:
  • Managing the day to day administrative affairs of CEO’s office
  • Organizing CEO’s dairy and scheduling & prioritizing all changes /cancellations as deemed necessary and / or appropriate
  • Managing travel arrangements and all related stuffs
  • Translating document from English to Khmer and ad-hoc Chinese to Khmer
  • Conducting research, compile data and prepare paper for CEO’s consideration and presentations
  • Organizing and arrange slide presentation for CEO’s meeting / events
  • Conducting market research in relation to insurance industry
  • Organizing and servicing meeting including arranging agenda and taking /distributing minutes
  • Handing liaising and follow up the prospective clients as specifically assigned by CEO
  • Communicating with general staff and managers/head on matters relevant with the day to day operations of the company otherwise act as the point of contract between executive and employees
  • Coordinating the communication with internal and external stakeholder including protocol work on behalf of CEO
  • Assisting CEO in monitoring and /or following up work/report from all department in the Company
  • Reporting to CEO about the work performance result of each department manager/ head
  • Handling confidential information and maintain the security of the executive’s record and files
  • Assisting CEO in arranging and preparing BOD meeting including preparing the board resolutions and all relevant matters
  • Facilitating with legal & compliance offer and Internal Audit Officer including following up and providing advices on the relates issues to CEO
  • Drafting business letter and official information releases for CEO
  • Drafting plans and report on the company’s operation for CEO
  • Assisting CEO on his/her plan and strategies for the company
  • Performing other tasks as assigned by CEO or the Company
Job Requirements:
  • College experience with minimum 2 years in related experience
  • Be a smart and driven folk and excellent in interpersonal & relationship management skills
  • Be proficient in English language and a techie type. Chinese is an advantage.
  • Possessing organizing, time-managing and multitasking skills
  • Experiencing in formatting and preparing report/slide presentations
  • Be clam and bold in a harsh and rash situation with proven solutions
  • Passionate about the job responsibilities and doing things different
  • Willing to work overtime and be dedicated to the assigned jobs
  • Learning and informative type
  • Knowledge in legal & compliance and auditing issues
  • Enthusiastic to be part of a teamwork and attention to details
  • Ability to self-start and be initiative
