Job Responsibilities:

  • After sales service
    • Cooperate with construction and finance department to follow up the construction progress and hand over process, update customer data
    • Manage M&E team to keep all street lighting working properly and solve electricity issues that may happen to all residents
  • Fee collection
    • Set up city management service working system to collect service fee from all residents
    • Manage administrative team to issue/deliver invoice, all fees collection and all department reports related to income and expenses
    • Monitor income and expenditure for department operational
  • Maintain customer relationship
    • Set up the complaint handling system (Customer service) to meet customer satisfaction
    • Strengthen customer relationship, manage customer account, after sales service and develop management strategy.
    • Manage the Maintenance and customer service team to make sure all the customer needs or complaints are solved with customers satisfactory level
    • Strengthen customer relationship, manage customer account and after sales service
  • Property Care and Maintenance
    • Set up the Borey Management Team to operate and control the project
    • Coordinate security in all project to keep the whole city safe and secured
    • Cooperate a maintenance system to take care of all houses and villas
    • Set up and manage Cleaning and Landscape team to ensure the city clean, green and fresh
    • Manage to keep all street lighting working properly and solve electricity issues that may happen to all residents
    • Manage to keep the whole project including public facilities and amenities in secured, safe and comfortable place to live for all residents and customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills in speaking and writing(Khmer, English, and Chinese);
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Problem solving skills with customers and relevant parties related to the assigned position;
  • Ability to acquire basic technical construction -related knowledge;
  • Pay strict attention to details and paper work.
