  • Liaison between management, staff and clients;
  • Track all engagements and pipeline to highlight any engagement or opportunity that needs updating (excel spreadsheets);
  • Manage the workspace and Arrange meetings;
  • Organize team meetings (including agendas, notices, minutes, follow up);
  • Arrange transport, travel and accommodation and Coordinate training;
  • Organize, manage and support events (team events, bookings, facilities arrangements, interaction with other work-streams for meetings, etc.);
  • Manage lists (e.g. client databases, proposals, billing addresses, TU and calendar distribution);
  • Maintain the leave calendar, Manage hard files and digital files and Update the library;
  • Assist professional staff with expenses recording and expenses claims for client files;
  • Assist with billings, outstanding debtors and collections;
  • Document delivery or pick up;
  • Working at request of professional staff (with prior consultation with the Director where appropriate).



  • Bachelor degree in relevant subject e.g. Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law;
  • English and Khmer language proficiency;
  • Microsoft Office proficiency;
  • Working autonomously and able to manage highly confidential information;
  • Capable of being, and willing to be, trained and fluent in all the firm’s systems which are relevant to the function including Sentinel, CEAC, conflicts clearance, IBS time, expense recording and billing, DMS, Worksites and precedents, so as to be proficient in them;
  • Smooth coordination within the function and other related functions of KPMG;
  • Highly responsive, accurate data processing;
  • Friendly and professional,
