Description:


Job Responsibilities:

  • Customers enquires and sales process. To ensure that all customer requests and enquiries and handled in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operation of scheduling process, To Coordinate initial, surveillance, extension, training and renewal schedule with CBE Thailand. To plan and notify client for scheduling renewal and surveillance 6 month in advance, complete all arrangement 1 month in advance. To ensure that fulfil division budget target and efficiency of all delivery arrangements
  • To coordinate with CBE Thailand team and respond to all client inquiries on certificate issues in an effective efficient manner.
  • Training, to ensure that all administration activities relating to training activities including Public, in-house training, material, transportation arrangement, certification and marketing task shall be carried correctly and effectively as per specifically defined criteria.
  • Financial, To ensure that all financial report and weekly highlight report assigned by CBE Manager and Country manager shall be done correctly and effectively.
  • To Process and check by all reimbursement from CBE staff,
  • To Process cheques advance and Purchase order, payment to affiliate
  • Identify all unbilled revenue on a monthly basis and notify Finance Division.
  • Effectively co-ordinate Cambodia Clients, CBE Auditor, CBE Cambodia’s Sales Executives, and other information with all other members of the Sales team and other divisions within Company.
  • Punctuality disciplined and focused in carrying out duties.
  • Informing relevant managers of any client complaints, problems experienced when dealing with, identified problems and inefficiencies.
  • Conduct work as per relevant Company procedures.


Job Requirements:

  • National Higher Certificate or equivalent in relevant discipline
  • Excellent telephone manner including proven communication / interpersonal skills
  • Proven team player and ability to work with very little supervision
  • Good organizational skills including report writing
  • Utilize CertNET Database efficiently
  • Good Command in English.
