Through innovative delivery technologies, the company provides financing services for the purchase of appliances, motorcycles, cars and trucks for individuals and business owners. i-Finance Leasing currently operates in four provinces and plans to extend its outreach to three more this year; bringing innovative financing solutions to empowering the lives of Cambodians across the country.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to support our expansion. This is a unique opportunity to join a professional, international and ambitious team.

About you: The Sales Manager will be mainly responsible to oversee and supervise the sales team to reach the sales target that have been set by the management. You will work directly with the HOO and related department managers. You should have a common understanding of sales management, dealer relationship management and sales strategy in financial institutions.


Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Overall Sales Strategy Management of the Company
    • Responsible for the design and implementation of the sales strategic plan to push sales volume and growth.
    • Supervise all sales activities, applications process, and coordinate training /coaching activities to improve sales staff skills effectively.
    • Prepare sales activities reports for Head of Operation.
    • Manage and optimize the dealer sales channel.
  • Dealer Relationship Management
    • Oversee all dealer-related activities.
    • Develop and manage sales dealer network activities in Phnom Penh and provinces, following the company's target.
    • Collaboratively manage customer relationships with dealers to attain sales targets, deliver high quality customer experience and ensure long-lasting relationships.
    • Provide product education to dealers in Phnom Penh and in the province.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.


Your experience and skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics or Related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management in financial institution
  • Experience in dealer relationship management a plus
  • Self-starter
  • Data analysis skills
  • Mature disposition with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
  • Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
