  • Manages big sales team (around 100+ salesmen); Recruiting, Training, Set and Manage Targets and Budget, Expense Approval, Discipline.
  • Review and set national sales targets by province.
  • Review and set promotions and rebates.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly gross margin targets.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly expense targets.
  • Select and Contract with Distributors.
  • Communicate new sales promotions and incentives to distributors.
  • Review, set targets, recommend increase or decrease in distributor inventory.
  • Review and follow up accounts receivable.
  • Resolve distributor problems and issues with claims, inventory, AR.
  • Receive all new promotions and plans from Supplier.
  • Communicate all promotions and plans to sales team and distributors.
  • Review, collate, and communicate market data and claims to Supplier.
