Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets and assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
  • Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system, currently operating with SAP Business One
  • Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
  • Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset subsidiary ledger to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
  • Calculate asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets.
  • Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets.
  • Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
  • Represent company during any audits by GDT that involve fixed assets.
  • Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations.
  • Other tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant qualification
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Knowledge of accounting procedure and formats
  • Honest, hardworking, flexible and high responsibility
  • Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, internet and email)
  • Able to work with shift schedule (including weekend and holiday shift)
  • Knowledge of accounting procedure and formats
  • Be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
  • Be able to visit oversea through business trip
  • Strong negotiation and convince to the customer
  • Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, Excel, Power point and internet and email)
  • Creative and flexible in work, be able to work effectively and cooperatively with coworkers
