Description:

Job Purpose

  • Provide full daily general administrative support across the company in relation to office service to all departments by implementing administrative procedure and policy so that everyone has full administrative support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Control all employees's attendant such as leave record, tardiness records, and fingerprint.
  • Check and monitor cleanness and safety in and around office campus and working space;
  • Ensure all necessary office equipment and working items are ready for new on-boarding staff;
  • Assist to check the request of office supply from all departments to see whether the requested items will be used properly or wastefully;
  • Keep monitoring the uses of company properties and give guidance to employees to ensure the properties are used properly;
  • Control the use of company vehicle, motorbike and bike properly and ensure they are in cleaned and safe manner;
  • Control stock of office stationery and other company’s items such as uniform, ID card, access card, etc. and make sure they are returned when employee leave the company;
  • Assist to strengthen the company policy implementation such as joining investigation in case of violation against company regulation;
  • Assist to prepare out-letter such employee request, company announcement, decision, etc. ;
  • Assist to develop administrative regulation and procedure manual and keep tracking on employee’s implementation;
  • Participate to create and coordinate in any event conducted by the Company such staff party, travelling and trip, meeting, and other ceremonies, etc.; and
  • Other tasks as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

  • BA degree in Business Administration or other related subject;
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in Administrative function;
  • Good knowledge of English regardless speaking, writing, reading or listening;
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to distribute information in formal way and well perform multi-task;
  • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion; and
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
