Description: Job Responsibilities:
  • Review the test request form and the samples to ensure suitability for testing
  • Register sample in system, labelling and issuing the job list.
  • Send quotation to clients and make sure that client’s information are updated.
  • Prepare invoice and send to clients.
  • Contact clients for any matter related to sample registration.
  • Designates the Messenger (contract out) to pick up samples and to deliver reports/invoices to the client.
  • Receives all requests, inquiries, complaints and contacts from clients and records customer inquiry.
  • Co-ordinates with global team, technical staff for sorting out information to advice clients.
  • Advises clients the status of tests, e.g. delay of results, problem of testing condition and take a proactive response.
  • Reports and handle customer’s complaints to Laboratory Manager or Quality Manager
  • Sends Test reports via Fax or email to Clients or Commercial Division.
  • Prepare and return tested & residual samples to clients upon their requests.
  • Prepare and send summary reports to Global team upon client request.
  • Responsible for the collection of outstanding invoices.
  • Responsible for the collection of COD Client or credit client.
  • Responsible for filling related documents.
  • Other tasks as designated by the Laboratory Manager or Customer Services Supervisor.
  • Customer Service Executive is deputy when above position is absent.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree (Related Field) or equivalent
  • 2 years’ experience in Textile Industries or related business
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Quality system
  • Communication skill
  • Technical training
