Description: Job Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for the effective and efficient management of health safety and environment in the organization. Understand health, safety and environment problems / opportunities and clearly communicate solutions to concerned parties, convince people to change their methods and then continue motivating individuals to continue their changed behavior.
  • Work closely with business divisions to identify area of improvement by frequent visits to various operational sites and analysis to working process for efficiency.
  • Initiate, plan, coordinate, and promote continuous improvement projects to meet the company’s goal of continuous improvement to reach operational excellence.
  • Coordinate and organize training in awareness, understanding of operational excellence, and provide assistance, coaching and tools for continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure the operational improvement activities are effectively established, implemented and maintained in accordance with Group Continuous Improvement policy and strategy.
  • Follow up and ensure the corrective action of operational improvement to be properly executed with customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the National quality & HSE, Audit & Security management system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure the safety of work is regularly monitored and complied with company’s safety procedures.
  • Monitor all national and divisional activities to ensure that they comply with National Quality Manual and related procedures.
  • Manage internal audits activities to ensure the quality & HSE management system is effectively audited for compliance with planned arrangement.
  • Follow up and ensure the effectiveness of corrective action from customer satisfaction survey and complaint.
  • Report on the performance and effectiveness of the Quality & HSE management system to the company’s management for review and action during meetings.
  • Review Internal Audit Reports and Field Audit reports for any observed discrepancy reported by Auditors to determine any necessary corrective/preventive action.
  • Ensure effective corrective / preventive action results from Non-compliance Reports.
  • Liaise with all sectors to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Risk and Cost assessment of some activities when appropriate.
  • Ensure Access Control System (Security System) work perfectly and supervise closely for the repair and maintenance of the system.
  • Ensure the supplier selection process in term of price, credit term of payment, after-sales-services, quality, discount and punctual delivery of supplier is implemented for the most benefit to the company.
  • Drive Company Service Excellence (SE),continuously improve to be best-in-class.
  • Corporate Sustainability in order to be role model on good governance and sustainable development.
Job Requirements:
  • 2 years of working experience in operational improvement and/or quality system.
  • Bachelor degree or higher in related field
  • Technical knowledge and experience in related field.
  • Management skill
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Training in inspection activities and/or quality management system.
