Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set up and control as yearly, monthly, and daily plan of disbursement and collection in order to growth quality of loan portfolio
  • Assess Retail loan application submitted by sale staff to ensure the enough data, information, and relevant documents/references before submit to Retail Loan Center for further action
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities for Loan and none loan services.
  • Take the lead in promoting bank’s products and services to potential clients
  • Review and implement target planning of Credit & Branch Supervision Department and relevant departments effectively and in a responsible manner.
  • Monitor and follow up customer repayment reports daily. In cases where there is a customer later repayment, it is necessary to arrange a credit officer responsible for accessing the client's residential or business premises so that they can study and solve the problem in a timely manner, avoiding the debt being a serious debt
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
  • Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
  • Maintains communication between the branch and management by preparing daily, weekly, and month-end reports regarding operations and productivity.
  • All other matters ancillary to the above and to perform any other related duties that Management may require from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of relevant &/or related experience retail banking
  • Working knowledge with computers & banking applications/software
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (with English language skills preferably)
  • Customer satisfaction orientation & sales competencies
  • Ability to work in a goal oriented TEAM environment
  • BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
