Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in target setting and achieve quarter/annual sales target
  • Develop and grow dealer sales through competitive selling, product applications, demonstration techniques training & development program for dealers’ team.
  • Present value added products/systems, solutions, and new products to dealer sales team and end users on a regular basis.
  • Map territory, target group and industry and set clear objective/target for each dealers.
  • Actively search for new business opportunities in new territory and open industries. Stay updated about the market development and keep dealers informed.
  • Update dealer progress and performance against their targets and provide strategic advice on how to reach/exceed them and get themselves ready for the next years.
  • Monitor dealers’ development of business and set proactive action plan to ensure stainable sales growth and direct them on the right track.
  • Monitor and keep record of competitor activities, market situation, industry update and set short and long term action plan to prevent any unfavorable business result.
  • Collect dealers’ sales forecast and stock level on a regular basis. Advise dealers on product stocking, new potential target group customer and end user customers.
  • Assist dealers’ sales team with key project closing, customer meeting and products/solutions recommendation. Lead dealer sales team to close big deals.
  • Encourage dealers to actively promote company strength, competitive advantages over competitors to such as own service center with professional service engineers, special tool/equipment and testing equipment available in Cambodia which no other competitors have or dare to invest in.
  • Promote sales to International Key Account Customers in all open industries.
  • Perform direct sale activities such as customer visit, presentation, proactive follow up and close deals.
  • Help promote service business to existing and new customers
  • Keep informed about competitor and industry update
  • Participate in industry trade show
  • Assist in payment follow-up, bad debt prevention and try to minimize overdue
  • Maintain exceptional relationship with direct accounts and dealers’ staff and management at all level.
  • Work with service team to ensure very competitive and best customer service experience among end users and dealers
  • Assist logistic in fast moving machine and part order recommendation to ensure sufficient stock availability
  • Continuously feed in new initiatives to grow business
  • Organize seminar and other events to promote brand
  • Others as assigned by company.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration or engineering.
  • 5 year sales experience of machinery with MNC
  • 2 year managerial experience in B2B and/or B2C with a strong track record of sales result
  • Very result-oriented, proactive attitude with a lot of initiative
  • Pleasant personality with very positive thinking
  • Excellent communicator among internal and external customers
  • Strive for continued excellence
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, multi-tasking
  • Know how to prioritize tasks and able to cope with time and resource constraint
  • Ambitious and constantly willing to learn new things
  • Set own target, aggressive and willing to exceed expectations
  • Proven track record of high integrity and compliance
  • Very good command of English and Fluent in Khmer.
