Description: Job Responsibilities:
  • Set The Strategy & Commit To Reach The Sales Target And Increase Income.
  • Ensure That Sales Plans Are Properly Implemented.
  • Plan Own Activities To Make Strong Sales, Daily And Weekly Sales Report.
  • Effectively Supervise, Train, And Advise Sales team.
  • Checked Daily And Weekly Sales Report And Recommend.
  • Setting The Appointment And Maintain Relation With Clients.
  • Keep Update And Follow Up With Automotive Market.
  • Prepare And Implement Marketing Events To Promote Products.
  • Find New Strategies To Push Sales.
  • Build Strong Relationship With Existing And New Customers.
  • Daily Market Visit, Dealer Meeting
  • Contributing towards gross profit budgets
  • Increasing gross profit and volumes to achieve economies of scale and service reliability
  • Ensuring our value proposition is matched with the client’s expectations and service commitments are defined and agreed prior to implementation.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and sales campaigns to take advantage of market opportunities.
  • Prepare annual budgets and monthly management reports.
  • Build strategic relationships with key contacts within customer organizations to understand opportunities for creating value.
  • Capitalize on value creation opportunities by working closely with the sales and operations management team to develop creative workable solutions to customer needs.
  • Facilitate cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with clients and relevant operations staff to evaluate performance and receive updates from clients on challenges and plans.
Job Requirements:
  • Involve and get input from all relevant areas of the business.
  • Coordination between Sales & Brand to ensure alignment across functions.
  • University degree in Business Management or related business discipline.
  • 3 years Managerial experience in a multinational environment, with at least 2 years sales management.
  • Motivating, coaching and developing people
  • Effective communication, presentation and facilitation skills in English
  • Negotiation and influencing skills
  • Someone who have experience from Banking, Luxury Hotel, Hospitality, Condominium, Property Investment
