Job Description

  • Technical Pre-sales
  • To attend meetings with potential Clients/Partners to determine technical and business requirements ensuring that all necessary information is collected prior to producing a solution.
  • Provide technical solution in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally
  • To build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
  • Provide accurate and timely management information, including activity reports, bid reviews, project forecast, …
  • To structure and produce compelling sales proposals, commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients and company
  • Project Coordinator
  • To work closely with local customers (Telcos & ISPs), International partners and upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as working with other departments for support.
  • To create, plan, oversee, coordinate and document all aspects of the specific project within the department.
  • To build productive relationship with internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities.

Job Requirements

  • In depth working knowledge of project management, service quality management
  • Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
  • Minimum 2 years working experience of Project management, Service quality management, Technical design
  • Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
