Description:


I. General Background

The Entrepreneurship Development Fund (EDF) is a government trust fund established under Prakas of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. EDF aims to manage and mobilize resources to support the development of a vibrant entrepreneurial ecosystem in Cambodia and to provide financial and non-financial support to entrepreneurs, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), startups and partnered ecosystem builders who drive any innovative activity that create value-added in the economy. The Entrepreneurship Promotion Center (EPC) is an implementation unit, with an administrative autonomous, in charge of implementing EDF support programs and working directly with partners and beneficiaries in the ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall IT infrastructure and software development cycles
  • Provide basic Office IT training
  • Integrate data driven application
  • Build Startups/SMEs database or portal
  • Implement inventory management system
  • Understanding Agile methodology
Job Requirement
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering. Candidates with Master or PhD are also welcome.
  • Minimum 5+ years’ in software related Programing, scripting knowledge is a must to support automate tasks
  • Candidates are expected to be able to work with some (not all) of the following technology stack:
  • Ticketing system: Jira,
  • Source management control: Git, GitHub
  • Backend Stack: Java
  • Mobile Development: Android, iOS
  • Frontend Stack: Angular, Bootstrap CSS, HTML, JavaScript
  • Database Skills: SQL, BigQuery, XML
  • Database Vendors: MySQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/DB2, Firestore
  • OS: Unix/Linux, Shell Script, File Permission
  • Cloud Stack: Google, Heroku, Amazon-AWS
Personal Quality
  • Written and spoken proficiency in English and Khmer, good collaboration, skillful in software development and able to work autonomously.
  • Candidates will be receiving additional training where needed
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Initiative and Self-motivated
  • Honest, hard-working and commitment
  • Be able to work under pressure
