Description:

I. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare budget planning for HR Recruitment.
  • Job Announcement, Recruiting, interviewing & selection as per requested by respective function to provide competent and qualified candidate for all vacancies punctually when required.
  • Process employment contract, personnel file and HR requisition.
  • Manage staff profile both hard and soft document includes employment contract, personnel file, and HR requisition to ensure that those documents are find and entries properly and privately.
  • Support all company subsidiaries in staff recruitment and selection across all levels from the sourcing & selection of candidates.
  • Prepare all necessary facilities need for new employee including: stationary, desk, computer, internet connection, and email & login user, business card.
  • Develop and update job description to ensure work balance within each department in cooperation with department manager.
  • Manage buddy system to support and provide necessary helps to new employee while s/he is on job boarding.
  • Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Work closely with department managers regarding staff issues such as promotion, demotion, transfer, termination, grievance procedure, work flow, absenteeism and conflict solution.
  • To liaise with local government agencies to ensure full compliance to the Cambodia’s labor law & regulations includes Work-book, Quota Request for using Foreign employee, Work-Permit Foreign employee, In & Out Staff Movement Declaration Letter) and provide advisory and consultation on all aspects of employment law and practices
  • Perform other critical roles as defined by HR and Administration Manager.

II. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required (Qualification):

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Management or related fields
  • At least 3 year experiences in human resource management; experience of HRM or related fields is advantage
  • Disciplined self-starter, creative thinking, analysis, good personality and communication
  • Have excellent managerial, supervisory and inter-personal skills, highly-developed communication skills
  • Good knowledge of English and MS office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet access
