Description: Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist with clients invoicing, invoice delivery, payments follow-up and collection.
  • Handle cheques deposit, cash withdrawal at the bank and retrieve monthly bank statements reports.
  • Assist with payment of bills to suppliers.
  • Classify all hard copy invoices and receipts.
  • Hand over hard copy documents and excel reports to our accounting and tax firm for the monthly tax declarations.
  • Be the contact point to provide all necessary documents to our accounting and tax firm.
  • Assist with employee expense reports, payrolls, and leave tracking.
  • Assist maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Assist with procedures related to MOC annual declaration, staff declaration, visas, quota and work permits.
  • Assist organize and manage new employee orientation, and on-boarding.
  • Assist our chief accountant and our accounting and tax firm with monthly reports.
  • Personal assistance to directors.
  • General admin reporting and follow-up under the General Manager supervision.
Job Requirements:
  • Reliable team player who is willing to learn, and to work with us on a long term basis.
  • Candidates must be native Khmer speakers and fluent in English.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months administrative work/experience.
  • It is preferred for applicants to have a degree and/or some coursework related to admin / finance, but this is not mandatory.
  • Candidates must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Applicants must pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent organizational skills.
