Responsibilities:
- Development stage base on Customer Cads & styles
- Identifying sub material needed for each orders & placing orders with the suppliers and maintaining the supply
- Checking & updating related areas of CP’s weekly in order to have smooth flow on the orders
- Follow up with Sample Room & make sure Raw Materials on time per the CP.
- Receive sample request from Merchandise department, UK, Buyer.
- Request/ Receive fabric from Merchandise, Warehouse or Cutting department.
- Making development pattern follow sketch, original sample or Technical Package.
- Making pattern by Manual and Gerber system.
- Cutting/Fusing sample follow card pattern/ CAD Marker.
- Sewing sample as the buyer requirement.
- Checking and approve sample before sending to specify destination.
- Making Pilot and pattern by Gerber system.
- Making Production pattern for Cutting
- Making sewing pattern for Production
- Sourcing packing materials from Nike approved vendors and finding appropriate non Nike approved vendors.
- Build up relationships with 3rd party embroidery and screen printers. Oversee FA19 screen print development
- Attend weekly VC with SPW UK team to discuss the progress being made on the development room/office and merchandising area.
- Follow the successful set up period the candidate could move to a role in the development room or become part of the merchandiser team.
Qualifications/Experiences:
- Khmer mother tongue with excellent level of English written and spoken.
- Familiar with working in a garment factory environment.
- Ideally from Merchandising background and Able to work with tight deadline and sometimes under pressure
- Computer skills
- Good problem solving skills and Good communication skills
- 5 to 7 years experiences in Merchandising and has established local contacts with vendors/3rd parties.
- Planning and organization abilities
