- Oversight of outbound activities and processes and derivation and implementation of improved approaches
- Cooperation with the customer support team and provision of advice in sales related issues
- Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives
- Contacting customers and presentation of the current products or services
- Plans and continuously monitors departmental operations to ensure that all work requirements and customer needs are being me
Job Requirements:
- Graduated in Tourism & Hospitality Management or related field.
- 2-5 years’ B2B outbound sales contact center and team management experience.
- Female or Male
- English Speaking
