Description: Job Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage the GD’s schedule, meetings and travel arrangements, and the preparation of paperwork and documents.
  • Accompany the GD to internal and external meetings, as required, to take minutes.
  • Act as the GD’s translator whenever needed.
  • Provide support with the preparation of presentations and other documents.
  • Liaise and work with all departments in company, and across the Group, to coordinate and complete tasks and activities for the GD.
  • Manage and/or be involved in operational and administrative projects, and carry out any related activities on behalf of the GD.
  • Any other duties as instructed by the GD.
  • As the GD’s representative, be a champion of company’s Core Values and Behaviours in everything you do.
Job Requirement
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, supporting senior management, is essential; 5 years’
  • experience is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, office administration or related field.
  • Experience in a startup or rapidly expanding business environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communicator in English; both written and verbal.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, demonstrate initiative and manage responsibility well.
  • Confident with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work well within a team.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic with a positive attitude, and a good cultural fit to company.
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Highly competent with Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to communicate in Chinese is desirable.
  • Experience of working in a life insurance sales environment is advantageous.
