Duties & Responsibilities
- Undertake research and collect information on property and related data across demographics, property types, customer opinions, investment and marketing trends.
- Collecting data through field, interviews, surveys, focus groups, questionnaires, opinion polls, and such.
- Specialize in either quantitative or qualitative research.
- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions
- Analyzing, translating and presenting results.
- Monitor and report the progress of research projects.
- Using statistical software to manage and organize information.
- Create using charts, graphs or other visual means to show industry trends and of competitors so that management is able to use the information to predict how products and services will fare in the marketplace.
- Writing detailed reports and presenting results.
- Act as an advisor to the senior management on how to best use research findings.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Economics/ Statistics/ Computer Science or Business Administration
- Proven track record with 2 years’ experience in Property or Real Estate industry.
- Be confident, assertive and independent.
- Intermediate or Advanced level in MS Office.
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent communication/negotiation skills.
- Relationship building and people management skills.
- Very good command of speaking/reading/writing in English.
- Be able to be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
