Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) business, including but not limited to marketing, business development,sales and customer service.
  • Helping to develop accurate targeting of the market including identification of customer and market opportunities, establishing balance of long-term pipeline and short-term revenue.
  • Develop an effective channel management plan to ensure company solar is being recommended and introduced to strategic opportunities.
  • Identify and target strategic and clients and projects, establish long-term & trustful relationships with customers.
  • Guide and participate in project team to effectively implement the customer and project plans.
  • Be flexible and proactive to deal with complex situation and achieve sales targets.
  • Understanding of the business to ensure its financial health and striking a balance between sales, operating expenses, and profits.
  • Support marketing plans to grow company's brand influence. Represent Company solar in Public Relations communications including seminars, conference and business associations.
  • Performance will be assessed by pipeline generation, projects closed, customer relationship enhancement, competitiveness, and being part of the team.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience positioning sophisticated solutions and cost benefit analyses.
  • Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge, coupled with a dynamic approach to sales, success-oriented.
  • English is the working language but knowledge of other languages could help.
  • Broad network across Cambodia.
  • Working in dynamic and fast-pace environment.
