Job Descriptions:

  • Design, coordinate and deliver internal training programs
  • Develop training supporting documentation as required
  • Ensure the accurate and timely implementation and maintenance of training records in consultation with Senior Amdin & Education Manager
  • Coordinate employee inductions, including review and development to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the program
  • Ensure consistent implementation of training across Aeon (Cambodia) Co., Ltd
  • Monitor, evaluate and report on learning and development activity across the company
  • In consultation with the People and Performance Manager sources, recommends and coordinates provision of specialised external training as required
  • Liaise with Managers, internal and external training providers to develop training, training schedules and ensure the timely delivery of the training
  • Participate in the development, review and monitoring of the Annual Training Matrix for the company’s to ensure all requirements are met
  • Assist in the review and development of policies and procedures as may be required
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and continuous improvement methodology across all aspects of this role
  • To demonstrate a sound understanding and adherence to all policies and procedures
  • A commitment to working as an effective member of a team and providing a high level of customer service
  • Ensure all work is carried out in a professional and safe manner
  • Other assigned tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience in the development, assessment and implementation of processes and procedures in a related role in a hospitality environment (would   be advantageous)
  • Certificate IV Training & Assessment or similar
  • High level of diplomacy and customer service skills
  • Competency to operate Microsoft Office packages (I.E: Word/Excel)
  • Ability to perform under pressure and positive attitude
  • Good Health condition & team work.
  • Creative perception and honestly.
  • Able to work rotate weekend or holiday.
