We are open an opportunity and looking for the suitable candidates both male and female to participate in our team and if you have the following qualification:

Job Description

  • Communicates with the general staff on the President/CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally.
  • Administratively supports Admin/HR Dept. (recruiting support, documents formatting, surveys set up and other administrative tasks).
  • To ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • To adhere to the clients Partner's high standards of customer service and professionalism and effectively represent the company to its clients, portfolio         companies and suppliers.
  • To effectively manage projects through to completion including providing the team with thorough and relevant research when required.
  • Developing and extending record keeping including filing arrangements in CEO office.
  • Act as main point of contact for the CEO.
  • Managing daily activities for the Board members - forward planning to meet objectives, provide to CEO with an understanding of their planned                     activities for the day, week, month and quarter.
  • Keeps the CEO well informed concerning upcoming commitments and responsibilities, follow up appropriately.
  • Maintains the CEOs appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel to maximize the productivity.
  • Independently researches and follows up on issues and concerns addressed to the CEO.

Requirement

  • Bachelor or Master Degree of Business Management & Administrative.
  • A minimum of 2 years' PA support experience
  • High standard of spoken English with intelligent and articulate communication skills (also in listening, writing and reading).
  • Fluent Chinese speaking (also in listening, writing and reading).
  • Minute taking experience and be immediately available for work.
  • High organized and able to make decisions with minimal guidance with good judgment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong prioritizing and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with particular focus on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly developed administrative and leadership skills.
  • Confident, detail oriented and able to maintain strict confidentiality
