Job Responsibilities :

  • Works closely with senior managerial or directorial staff to provide administrative support, usually on a one-to-one basis
  • Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the CEO
  • Translation (Speaking & Writing) Khmer Vs English
  • Taking dictation and minutes;
  • Written reports in English
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring their manager is well-prepared for meetings;
  • Liaising with Country Management Teams, managers, clients, suppliers and other staff;
  • Deputizing for the CEO, making decisions and delegating work to others in the Director/ manager's absence;
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management, filing, etc.;
  • Arranging travel and accommodation and, occasionally, traveling with the CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree of business administration or related field
  • Experience 1-2 year in admin or assistant
  • Very good level of English Vs Khmer
  • Very good communications skills
  • Good reporting skills
  • Able to work under pressure
