Description: Responsibilities:
  • Quarterly Review With Existing Customers To Identify Opportunities And Marketing Plans To Fuel Growth.
  • Ensure Marketing Budgets Are Spent On Time. Discuss Joint Marketing Plans With Customers And Execute In Coordination With Marketing Dept.
  • Establish Daily Journey Plan For Self And Team; Ensure The Customers Are Provided With Regular And Efficient Service.
  • Responsible For Forecasting Sales, POSMs And Equipment’s Required In Your Territory.
  • Ensuring Company Assets Like Cold Drink Equipment’s Are Tracked Regularly.
  • Implement Strategy To Achieve Volume And Revenue Growth By Recruiting And Retaining Customers In Assigned Area. Negotiate Trade Agreements To Maintain Targeted Gross Margin.
  • Monitoring Sales Activities Vs. Objectives
  • Monitor The Performance Of Sales Officers Through Manual Report And System.
  • Prepare And Set Guideline For Sales Team.
  • Propose Changes To The Schedule Of Tasks For Sales Team
  • Make Suggestions Or Recommendations To Improve Task Outcomes
  • Bachelor’s Degree In Sales & Marketing Or A Related Field.
  • Professional Experience
  • Minimum 3 Years Of Sales Experience Within A Leading FMCG Company.
  • Understanding Of Sales And Marketing Process
  • Knowledge Of Tasks Management
  • Excellent Presentation, Interpersonal,communication Skill And Organizational Skills
