Description: Job Description:
  • Execute the partner acquisition and management strategy to identify, build relationships/partnerships with merchants and manage their performance and contribution to building the partner network
  • Collect, curate, update and maintain comprehensive merchant information through online sources and build the core content for app program.
  • Be accountable for partner activities all the way until first order (pitching, signing, onboarding) before handing to the Operations team
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities in order to assist the core Grab team in revising and developing strategies to meet market challenges and partner’ requirements;
  • Develop and maintain a solid understanding of all products and services Grab offers.
  • Work with other team in Grab (Ads and Rewards) to align on a strong value proposition
Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business or relevant fields;
  • Minimum 2-year experience in sales management with a successful track record; Good understanding of the relevant industries including payment solutions, customers, partners and merchants.
  • F&B industry background is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Microsoft Office skills are necessary (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. Powerpoint)
  • Be a team player but also must be able to work independently
  • Ability to build good long term relationships with partners, match partners’ needs and organizational resources to grow Grab services.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic and calm even in very dynamic and fast-paced working conditions.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
