Introducing HRINC Training & Development

Training and Development to HRINC is all about Understanding People! With more than 15 years experience in the Cambodian market, our Training & Development division grew from our understanding of the multi cultural challenges people face in their jobs and managers face in managing their teams.

In response to enquires from our clients, both big and small, to disseminate our knowledge and experience, the Training & Development Division spearheads cutting edge training programmes which provides employees and managers the tools and information they need, to develop as professionals, and contribute to organisation success!

Our training services are designed to give participants the tools and knowledge they require, to be more effective in what they do, or simply to refresh their skills.

Training & development is central to how we operate as professionals and work with our clients. Our courses are participatory, tailored and effective.

HRINC Training & Development Services

Our Training & Development Services are not exhaustive, rather are designed to address the needs of our clients. As our clients grow, so does our team and scope of Training & Development Services.

Our core Training and Development Services include:

Management Development Programmes

Management Development Programmesare long term programmes, typically accompanied by a Training Needs Assessment or Analysis. Both employer and employee are monitored over a period of time to ensure skills and interpersonal development.

HR Training Programmes

Core to our skill set and service offering is Human Resources.Public courses are not available, however client courses developed based on client requirements. These include recruitment training, performance assessment training, and management development training.

The New Supervisor or Junior Manager

A variety of courses available that address the challenges young professionals and junior managers face. These includetime management, decision making, managing your manager, communication and presentation skills training.

Customer Service Training

Of importance to all aspects of business, our customer service training programme is focussed on sales and customer service executives,as well as the importance of customer service internally for non traditional customer service roles such as accounting, finance and human resources.
