Through our networks, contacts and extensive candidate database our executive search team will use a combination of methods to source the right talent and profile candidate. Proactive networking and discreet advertising at the request of the client is also used to actively attract top talent.

A shortlist of candidates, interviewed, screened and matched closely to the positions requirements is presented to the client with interview evaluations for further consideration and interviews.

Contract Negotiations and Placements

Once the top candidate has been identified we conduct reference checks and ensure necessary background checks are completed. Furthermore, we act as a neutral and trusted advisor to both candidate and client ensuring expectations are met and negotiations run smoothly.

Communication and Comprehensive Support

Throughout the Executive Search process, the executive search team will be in close contact with both client and candidate and facilitate introductions and interview sessions. Furthermore we provide facilities to our clients where necessary for interviews and post placement mentoring and support to ensure a smooth transition for all parties.
