Position Objective

The purpose of this program is to prepare entry level associate for Showroom Sales and Project Sales profession.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Get to know the business and team mates
  • Learn and get hands on about all SHH products: Tile, Sanitary Ware, Appliances, Kitchen Cabinet and Furniture
  • Become a good support to :
  • Generate quotation (understand specification and drawing)
  • Prepare sample boards (understand drawing and item label)
  • Learn how to use system (check price & stock)
  • Get expose to how delivery is being managed
  • Process: Invoice & Delivery; coordinating scheduling with dispatch team
  • Follow up on delivery
  • Learn about warehousing management from product inflow to outflow
  • Learn phone communication skill and customer service skill
  • Learn merchandising management skill – manage store cleanliness and display
  • Learn sales skill – from generating lead to closing sales
  • Learn after sales support – how to troubleshoot problems
  • Learn how to manage delivery
  • Learn how to manage account receivable
  • Learn how to manage leads within a given zone
  • Learn what it is like to work in the field
  • Learn how to handle key account customers
  • Identify the differences between Showroom Sales and Project Sales
  • Other tasks as requested by supervisor



Job Requirements

  • Study in Bachelor degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing or Business-related field is an advantage
  • No sales experience needed but require good characters and the drive to learn
  • Good communication skills in speaking/writing English.
  • Knowledge of computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Very patient, Flexible, Honest and Friendly
