Description: This position is primarily responsible to supervise Warehouse Operations & inventory management in a company Sales Centre / Access Points. Will also be responsible to manage a highly efficient warehouse team for managing warehouse operations which include fast order pick & pack to ensure Members Pickup orders are fulfilled in a short time. Additionally responsible for Oracle System Entry Operations, Compliance , Inventory accuracy & providing regular operation KPI reports to management.

Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations (Access Point)
  • Manage Warehouse Operations, including efficient fulfilment of Pickup Orders
  • Responsible for managing Warehouse Team and allocation of staff schedules, Daily briefing.
  • Maintain storage area by organizing floor space & ensuring that stocks are stored safely
  • Maintaining hygiene, safety and security of warehouse work environment
  • Ensure warehouse equipment is in good condition, including troubleshooting breakdowns; requiringpreventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
  • Ensure that Member Complaints related to Pickup Orders are attended / escalated immediately forresolution within 24 Hrs
  • Provide Training to Warehouse Team on Supply Chain Procedures
  • Coordinate with 3PL contractors to manage replenishment / offloading into warehouse
Compliance & Inventory Accuracy
  • Compliance with company's GSP requirements and local Health & foods safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with Supply Chain SOPs & SOX requirements.
  • Ensure Cycle Counts & Physical counts are conducted on a regular basis as per Company Policy
  • Inventory Accuracy Target is met by ensuring all variances are reconciled immediately &adjustments posted in Oracle
System Entry & KPI Reporting
  • Ensure Oracle is kept up to date & data entry for transactions is completed within 24 Hrs Data
  • Ensure All Miscellaneous Transactions are approved as per Matrix
  • Update monthly reports for KPIs of Warehouse to report performance & identify improvement areas
Others
  • Support company Events as and when required
  • Support implementation of Projects aimed at process improvement, cost savings, reduce manual efforts for Warehouse Operations & Reporting

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Business Science and/or Logistics
  • MBA in Material Management / Supply Chain Management Preferred
  • 3 years working experience in Managing Warehouse Operations
  • Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office package especially Excel.
  • Experience in Oracle / SAP / WMS for Inventory Management
  • Experience in Retail Store Management or 3PL Distribution Warehouse Operations
  • Project Management experience as a plus
  • Good communication skills in English ( both Oral & Written )
  • Good presentation and reporting skills
  • Good time management and multi-tasking management skills
  • Result Oriented with Good organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to changing priorities
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change as the external environment and organization evolves.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision.
