Description:

Role Briefing:

To be a key person to drive the execution of sales and customer strategies to ensure business objectives are being met. You are a key member to responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders and building business activities by reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services.

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Actively execute sales strategies through cold calling, networking and social media, and processing the order of clients
  • Going out for or set up meetings with clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
  • Negotiate or close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
  • To assist in leading, directing and motivating the junior team members in order to achieve sales objectives
  • Build new customer base to maximize sales and retain existing customers by providing prompt customer services
  • Check data accuracy in orders and invoices. Monitor and follow up accounts receivables to ensure the effectiveness of collecting balances
  • Keep tracking competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies

Customer Service:

  • Manage the incoming calls and generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication by using the right methods or tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • And to perform the other tasks as assigned

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economic or other related fields
  • At least 3 years of the related experience
  • Knowledge of market research and analysis
  • Good computer skill, knowledge of CRM is appreciated
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Good English language skill, written and spoken
  • Be able to work under tight deadline
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Team player with leadership skills
  • Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
