Main Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Posting vacancies within HRINC Group and Outsourcing projects on such proper channels as noticeboard, online and social media
  • Assisting in building up the pipeline of candidate pools in Recruitment Management System (RMS) on a day-to-day basis.
  • Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing and/or Testing and Recommending potential candidates to hiring managers/Clients for further processes
  • Preparing recruitment documents for hiring manager’s  and client’s interview at HRINC
  • Categorizing CVs of each project in proper folder for future use
  • Updating recruitment status in Recruitment spreadsheet
  • Conducting reference-checking when needed
  • Assist in some orientation sessions to new hires such as chit-chatting, introducing to other divisional staffers and office policies intro.
  • Assist in preparing  public holidays, Employee Updates or other announcements
  • Prepare a list of current vacancies and post on HRINC noticeboard
  • Join career fair and booth interview
  • Posting job announcements at schools or universities


  • Bachelor of Business Admin, Management, English or related fields
  • Good Ms. Office Skills (Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Internet and Email
  • Good Command of English, both verbal and written
  • Enjoy Teamwork
  • Good Planning and Organizing Skills
  • Good communication Skills
  • Honesty, professionalism
  • Willingness to learn new things
  • Be able to work under pressure and love challenges
